WBO LLC was founded with one belief: when you fix a house, you fix more than four walls — you fix the block it sits on.

We focus on the homes most buyers won't touch. The ones with the broken windows, the failed inspections, the years of neglect. We buy them as-is, rebuild them top-to-bottom, and put them back into the neighborhood as the kind of home a family wants to come home to.

Some of our properties become rentals we manage ourselves. Others go back on the market for sale. Either way, the standard is the same: when WBO is finished with a house, you can't tell it used to be the worst one on the street.
